    No. All payments are made directly to the chauffeur operator. Petra Limos receives a fixed referral fee from the operator only after a completed journey.
  • Are the chauffeurs licensed?  
    Yes. We only refer clients to vetted, fully licensed chauffeur operators who meet professional standards.
  • What types of journeys can I arrange?  
    We specialise in pre‑booked airport transfers, executive travel, corporate events, city tours, and special occasions.
  • Is my personal information safe?  
    Yes. We collect only the details necessary to arrange your referral and never share your data beyond the chauffeur operator relevant to your request. We do not sell or trade personal information.

While we carefully introduce clients to vetted operators, Petra Limos accepts no liability for the performance of services provided by third-party operators. Responsibility for the journey rests solely with the chauffeur operator.
